The heating, lighting and power arrangements are as follows:
Night storage heaters and a tankful of hot water are provided by off-peak electricity the cost of which is included in the holiday. The storage heaters have a separate convector to give instant top-up heat if necessary and there is a manual boost on the hot water tank.
These items together with the electrical appliances, shower and lighting are on £1 coin meters.
Logs for the open fire are available at £1 per basket
Duvets, sheets, hand towels are provided, and bath towels can be made available at extra cost.
A cot and high chair are also available.
The water supply is from a private regularly tested deep borehole.
