- Vouchers will be delivered to the customer by secure delivery. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery, and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.
- Customers must notify Safeway of non-delivery within 24 hours of receipt of invoice.
Any discrepancy in the vouchers delivered must be notified to Safeway within three days of delivery.
- Late payment of invoices will result in the customer forfeiting any previously agreed discount.
- Customers may not sell the vouchers on to a third party without the prior written consent of Safeway.
- No corporate title, designation, trade mark or other trading name or logo of Safeway may be used by the customer without the prior written consent of Safeway.
- Any breach of these conditions will entitle Safeway to discontinue supply immediately and seek any legal
remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
- Safeway reserves the right to alter any of the above terms and conditions on giving reasonable notice to the customer without affecting any orders that may have already been accepted.
- The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England.
