Marbella
Jewel of the Costa del Sol and the whole of the Mediterranean. Marbella holds a special charm for the visitor contrasting the sea, the mountains, and the famous old town with the orange square.
Fine sandy beaches extend along the coast, the exceptional climate makes this the ideal place for a permanent or sporadic residence. Entertainment and leisure are high on the list in and around Marbella, casinos, superb restaurants of every nationality, cinemas, shopping centers, numerous golf courses and every other sporting facility available, from December to May you are within easy reach of the ski-ing in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada.
Marbella is famous for its high class shopping , so if your purse allows, you can buy all the " names" you have ever heard of. If your purse won't stretch that far, it is still fun to fantasy shop.
Malaga international airport is less 40 minutes drive away.
Nueva Andalucia is a perfect base from where to discover the Costa del Sol with it's typical white Andalucian villages such as Ojen and Monda, only 15 minutes drive away. For the more adventurous the Sierra Nevada Ski resorts are approximately three hours drive away. For sightseeing, Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Gibraltar, Cadiz and many more are easily visited in a day.
If you wish you could simply laze on the famous beaches of Marbella or by the pool or, if Golfing is your ideal holiday, then you are bang in the middle of "Golf Valley" where you can play a different course every day if you wish.
