Places to Visit: Mijas

There are numerous places of interest surrounding the area but we have personally visited the beautiful picturesque mountain village of Mijas with its white cottages, hand made rugs and Andalucian pottery. The world renowned donkeys of Mijas will give you a lift up the hill if you are not up to it.

The restaurants here are superb with views you will not believe.

Be sure to visit the Chapel carved from the rock of the hillside.

Please be assured, you will definitely be bringing home souvenirs from Mijas.

La Concha

The whole of the Marbella coastline is dominated by "La Concha". The mountain is beautifully bathed in sunshine and when dusk arrives, the changing views are spectacular.
