Booking conditions.

• A non returnable 20% deposit by cheque or transfer is required to confirm the booking.
• Balance to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• When you arrive call David & Janet Nicholson on 699 777 167 they will show you to the apartment and explain all the things you will require. They will also run down the itinerary list with you.
• A 350 euro security deposit will be required which will be refunded as soon as you check out of the apartment and have agreed that everything is in order with David.
• We have installed a wall safe in the apartment and he will give you a key for it. It is an electronic safe but in the interests of not having to remember the code, the key method seems best.

  Times of arrival.

  The apartment will be available from 13:00 hours on the day of your arrival and you must strictly vacated by 10:00 on your departure date.

  It is a large apartment and the cleaners need several hours to make it ready.
